Investor in Customers six-monthly research

You may have previously received a request from our research partner (Investor in Customers (IIC)) asking you to complete a survey on behalf of Nucleus. We run this research every six months and would value your opinions about your Nucleus experience and how well we meet the needs and expectations of you and your clients. Why does Nucleus run this research?

Understanding your business and ensuring we make everything as efficient and straightforward for you is really important to us. This is your opportunity to let us know how well we achieve these aims and where we need to improve. Our platform development continues, with recent enhancements including improvements to our phased drawdown and next day payments. Your feedback can help ensure your platform evolves in a way that's of most benefit to you and your clients.  

How can I contribute?

You'll receive an email from IIC in the next few days which contains a link to the survey. These are mostly multiple-choice questions and should take around ten minutes to complete. I'd really appreciate it if you could take the time to provide your feedback.
