Adviser view of Nucleus Go

We're pleased to announce the launch of ‘Adviser view’ for Nucleus Go. This exciting new feature will mean you’ll be able to see exactly the same view as your client’s do when using Go. This will allow you to better demonstrate to your clients how they can engage digitally with their investments and answer any questions they might have.

How can I access Go - Adviser view?

We've made it simple to use; you'll be able to log in to Go with your existing platform username and password and choose a client to view using a fast search function.

Your access is read only, however, you can still see any editable fields such as document preferences and authorisations. This is to ensure that you can support your clients when they have questions on how to use Go.
